Anything can be a source of inspiration for my photography: products of French culture, European cities, American civilization, wild nature and cultivated flowers, man’s suffering, death and all manifestations of existence, light, colors and that’s all I encounter in everyday life. Even abstract, general ideas and my own dreams.
In summary, any phenomenon of nature and the human world can provide me with material for my heterogeneous topics whose implementation – with an artistic aim – dictate the use of a wide and varied range of technological, stylistic and generic approaches.
Nevertheless, the human face has always been, and still remains – an important part of the ‘matrix’ for my various portraits of famous personalities as well as others, lesser known and unknown but yet fascinating people that I met during my life, in Paris, New York and elsewhere.
